This is the first version if the iPhone that is affecting me by giving me headaches and throbbing eye pain even after using the phone. I know it is due to the Oled display and flickering. How can this be resolved?

Yes, there is a medical problem. The screen may be acting as a trigger, but it is not the cause of the problem. Go see your doctor.
If I was experiencing what you say you are experiencing, I don't think I'd be logging into a forum to ask a bunch of strangers to diagnose what appears to be a potentially serious medical condition. I'd be seeking the help of my doctor. I've been on this forum a long time and your assertion there are millions of people claiming the same thing seems either greatly exaggerated, or completely made up. There aren't threads here on this and since this is the most heavily visited forum for all things Apple iPhone in the world, hosted by Apple, one would think other threads would be present. They aren't. Bottom line, seek immediate medical help.

Sudden, server headaches are a medical problem. And they are a problem for the person who's having them. In this case, that's you. As these can be a sign of a very serious problem (i.e. brain tumor), I suggest you see your doctor as soon as possible.
Whatever Apple says or does in the future will have no effect on your headaches.

You are arguing about what you think is the trigger of your MEDICAL PROBLEM, but you are describing a medical problem. For those you see your doctor.
How many millions of iPhone X users around the world are claiming this and did you confirm all the complaints?
I am saying there is a problem with X that gives hedache problem. I believe if I go to doctor perhaps he gonna say me do you watch any tv or phone long time. No I dont But I’ll say headache began after using X, and doc probably gonna say there is a medical problem not about X. Thank you guys.

If you have new, unexplained headaches, see your doctor immediately. They can be a sign of something serious. However, it's unlikely that they have anything to do with the iPad.
