Why does my Stan crash on Apple TV

My apple tv is connected to a projector through a pioneer head unit. The issue i am having is I will begin watching a series and around two minutes in the streaming will stop and then go back to the Apple TV main screen. Is there anything I can do to to correct this ? Is anyone else having the same difficulties ?

Apple TV keeps crashing I have an Apple TV (I believe its 1st generation) that keeps crashing when I want to watch Netflix. It used to do it once in a while and not with every show. Now it does it with every show/movie I try to watch. I checked and the system is up to date. And I'm not using wifi but a cable connection. Thanks for the help. Matt

Apple TV+ via browser is a catastrophic failure Apple TV+, viewed via browser (any and all browsers), even with gigabit fiber, is monumentally awful. Playback crashes to a black screen every 3-10 minutes, requiring user to back all the way out to the main interface, re-load the episode, then find the point where it crashed before continuing to watch the show. It has been consistently like this since launch date.

Apple TV Crashing I am using 1st Gen Apple TV for streaming. Tho I find it limited compared to my Fire Stickmon other TV's in my home, it has served its purpose - until recently. The last 3 days has been impossible to watch a complete Episode without crashing. I have done ALL of the normal protocols, which are only a very temporary fix! I see the last time this was addressed on this Community was 2015! Huhhh??? Please help!!!!

Please describe your setup for clarity. (People around me use ‘pioneer head unit’ in relation to car audio systems, which you are probably not on about?)
