outdated instruments in logic X

some of my instruments are outdated in Logic Pro X, how do I upgrade them?

When I open my previous projects (Logic 9) on Logic X all the legacy Software Instruments are missing. Where do I find Ultrabeat and the other instruments? I just replaced my old mac (Mavericks) with a new iMac (High Sierra) and switched from Logic 9 Express to Logic X Pro.

still no Pr.changes sent after deleting the performances folder on logic 10.51 Logic 10.5.1 won't let send program changes to an instrument even after all performance folders deleted in the channel strip settings. Note that prog change can be sent from an edited part but not directly from your external midi controller to the virtual instrument. I also deleted the preferences. Any Idea ? best
