iPhone 7 Screen Protector Issues

I have bought four different glass screen protectors from $4 off-brand to $20 Zagg. I can not get the edges to adhere on any of them. I am beginning to think a problem with screen, but I would think that would be a well-known issue by now.

I am not a complete idiot and follow the instructions on installation. My wife got her Belkin screen protector for same phone at Apple Store when she purchased and they used special installation device. I can't believe that is the only way.

Apple does not make or support any screen protectors except for the Belkin. You need to contact the manufacturers of the screen protectors. Or don't bother; screen protectors don't do much; if you drop the phone they will not protect the phone from breakage. I've never used a screen protector on any of my phones over the past 10 years. I keep the phone in a soft slip case.

Some 3rd parties will do the installation for you when you buy it from them.
