I have an iPad 2 and I accepted all system upgrades till 10.3.3. The problem is that it is too slow now, slow to open applications, and is impractical use some of them. I would like to know how to downgrade to a late system version in order I can solve this.

I don’t know how you were able to load iOS 10.3.3 on an iPad 2 (2nd generation)?
An iPad 2 can only be upgraded to iOS 9.3.5 and no farther
Did you jailbreak this iPad?
Perhaps you own an iPad 4th gen, instead?
iOS 10.3.3 is no longer available for any downgrading hacks.
Apple stopped signing/supoorting iOS 10.3.3 7 months, ago.

Since downgrading the iOS is not supported I suggest you start a new question that gives a good title to a specific problem. Then in the body of the thread describe the problem in detail, tell us what steps you have tried so far to correct the problem, what happened, and what error messages you received.
Downgrading of iOS is not allowed.
You will need to fix the problems on your iPad instead.
iOS devices cannot be downgraded to an earlier system.
Oh, yes? So I lost my device forever. Apple does not warn us about that and now I have a beautiful iPad 2, which was working perfectly for what I need, well maintained, and that is useless. The only thing I can do is to put it on the trash!
