How can I print or export all of the emails from my iPhone?

Hi,

I have a little bit of a unique problem. I have an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11.3.1. For the past couple of years I had used the Mail app to connect to my employee email account with my former employer. Now that I no longer work for the same employer, my email account was deactivated and I can no longer connect to the employer's email server. The problem is that the emails contain highly relevant evidence. Some of the older emails are just subject headers and do not contain the content (because they were stored on the server). I'd like to rip out all of the email headers and create a list of each email, the date it was sent, etc. Some of the more recent emails are still saved, in full, on the phone. There are over 3,000 email messages, therefore, I don't want to be forwarding or printing each email one-by-one.

My questions are:

1. How can I print out a list of every single email header, that is currently contained in the Mail App? (i.e. a printout similar to the list of emails that you see when you open the mail app and scroll down through your entire inbox of emails).

2. How can I print out every single email message that is saved in the Mail App?

3. When you make a backup of your iPhone, do the emails saved in the Mail App get backed up as well? If so, what directory and filenames in the backup contain the email messages?

4. Is there a utility that will allow me to directly access the iPhone's file directory and copy the emails directly off of the iPhone?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi. Maybe I'm not communicating my question correctly. I understand that I can't pull anything off the server. That's the whole point. I no longer have access to the server. But, if I'm on my phone and open the Mail.app, I can scroll through all 3,000+ email headers. Those headers have to be stored somewhere on the iPhone within the Mail.app.

Where on the phone (i.e. what directory) can I find the data for all of these headers? And what software tools do you recommend to access it?

If I could pull that data, even if it's stored in a db format, that would be awesome. It would save me from having to take 500+ screenshots (i.e. a photo of 7 email headers at a time, like the attached screenshot). Thanks for your help and any suggestions.
