Why is the profile tab in settings not there?

i am trying to remove beta from my iPhone, and to do So I need to access the profile tab under general in the settings app but it is not there.

Profile and Management I try to download this profile for my school work and when I install it it deletes itself a few seconds after the installation and I was wondering if there is a fix for this I’m on iOS 14 on iPhone 6s.
