Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you'd like information on how to change the system language of your Apple Watch.

The first step is to open the Watch app on your companion iPhone. From the My Watch tab at the bottom, select General > Language & Region > Watch Language. From there you will be able to change the language as needed.
