Audio output delay

Greetings!
Used Cubase 8.5, output audio immediately when recording and no delays were not.
I decided to use GarageBand and when recording a guitar or vocals there is a noticeable delay, even in QuickTime I hear a delay.
Nowhere in the system did not find any settings.
Someone had a similar problem? Perhaps there is an idea with what it is connected?

Garageband recording Garageband not detecting audio for mic or instruments. I tried going into system preferences as well as garageband to change input but was unsuccessful. Input signal is also detected in system preferences, so I think GarageBand is solely not detecting incoming audio. If I could receive help asap I would greatly appreciate it

Recording Latency in Logic Pro X - recording electric guitar, once I finish a take I listen back and everything is ahead of the beat. I'm recording electric guitar direct-input. Once I finish a take I listen back and everything has been nudged back to be ahead of the beat (consistently). Low Latency Mode is turned on. In Preferences > Audio > Devices my recording delay is set to 0. Above that it says Resulting Latency: 51.1ms Roundtrip 24.9ms Output. Any advice on how to solve this latency issue? Thank you!

Sometimes the latency goes away, if you change the GarageBand > Preferences > Audio.

Switch the Input and Output to different devices, then back
Then restart the Mac.
Try again
