Electric current on MacBook Pro casing when connected to mains power

I have the latest model MacBook Pro Touchbar at this time that I bought about 2 weeks ago.

When I connect it to mains power on any of the 4 thunderbolt ports I experience a weird electric current, it's like a vibration, feeling going through my fingers that touched (and especially rubbed) anywhere along the casing (Top, Bottom sides etc), everywhere except for the TouchPad and Touchbar and the keys (of course) as far as I could sense.

It feels like that an ache stays in those fingers for some time afterwards (15 mins or so) but that could be more psychological at this stage, hard to tell, either way, it's an uncomfortable and lasting feeling so I don't use it while charging at the moment.

I have connected to mains power at other homes and states so its not related to power source where I live so it could be the charger or the computer power supply or something else again.

While it's booked in for a hardware check at an Apple store 5 days away from writing this, I noticed that the last post on this topic was posted such a long time ago before Thunderbolt charging was around to see if anyone else is aware of this experience in recent times and what it might be related too.

Thanks

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

The default power plug adapter ("duck head") does not supply an earth ground.

Buy the US$19 apple 6 foot AC-side extension cord for your power adapter. The extension cord provides an Earth ground, picked up by a lug on the power adapter. That should make those sensations disappear. If you feel this with the grounded power cord in use, you may have an ungrounded wall outlet,

If you feel this on battery you may be suffering from Repetitive Strain Injuries.
