IPhone 7 glitcy

My I phone 7 out of no where is glitchy. It goes from a high percent of battery life to shutting off. When pluged in it can either start at 10 percent and mostly does or it turns off and later when I look at it it says it is at a high percent again. I have noticed other glitces as well. when a regular caller or texter calls or text the phone is not finding the name or connecting the text message from the text to the owner sending it. I believe it is due to the fact that when the initial text comes through it has this number (***)***-6261. When i try and call it back it states that I can not make this call because im not allowed. Several other glitches i have seen.

Does this sound like someone has hacked my stuff?
