iPhone 7plus issues

So about 30 mins ago my iPhone 7 Plus was functioning well at 100% no issues.

I receive a call 2 mins later after the call both power button and volume buttons fail and stop functioning, I have reset the phone. Restored it. Shut it down several times nothing .

I have never had anything like this happen. My iPhones battery health is 100% no sound issues or repairs done to the phone.

I don’t know why this is happening but if someone can help me out with this . I use this phone a lot for personal business I can’t be having this issue and start using assistive touch for everything. If anyone has any ideas I’ll be grateful
