iTunes locking up
iTunes locks up while syncing iPhone X & iPad Pro at 5 out of 6, it just stalls at that point.

Your main options are to wait for Apple to release a new version or revert back to 12.7.3.46. See the iTunes installers section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details on how to go back to an older build and direct download links.
