Desktop iTunes App can't sync with my cloud library

Hello everyone!

Recently, I have reinstalled my desktop iTunes program (I'm using Windows 10, x64). And now it seems like it can't synchronise with my cloud library (which is pretty massive), and shows me only local albums that I have purchased. I am using Apple Music, so I want to stream music from my music library, like I did before.

I checked my Apple ID, I checked settings (there is no checkmark option for Cloud sync), I checked that my Apple Music subscribtion is still on, I checked that I have the right country in settings.

Thanks for help in advance.

Good morning chaos_ua,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand you recently reinstalled iTunes for Windows on your Windows 10 PC. iTunes is now available for download from the Microsoft Store. Is this where you downloaded it from?
The iTunes library is a separate file and is not part of the application. It appears that you have opened iTunes to a new library instead of the one you were using to sync with Apple Music via the iCloud Music Library.
Open a different iTunes Library file or create a new one

Windows

  1. If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
  2. Hold down the Shift key. Then, from the Start menu, choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
  3. You'll see a message that says Choose iTunes Library. Depending on what you want to do, choose Choose Library or Create Library.

If you don't see the message, try again. Remember to hold down the Option key if you're using a Mac or the Shift key if you're using Windows.

Alternatively, you can find the iTunes Media Library and double click on it to open it. Here are some resources to help you with your iTunes Music library.
Locate and organize your iTunes media files
Manage and back up your iTunes media library

Take care.

Have you checked that Show Apple Music Features and iCloud Music Library are both enabled under Edit > Preferences > General?

Your image shows a couple of cloud items, presumably purchases. See also Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash in case you need to revert to a recent version of your library database to list your local items properly.
