I have an aux cord from my iphone 8 plus to my car. I can listen to my music and waze just fine through my car speakers, but when i get a phone call i only have the option to pick up or put on speaker. I was able to talk through the car speaker system before, but something changed the last few weeks and I have no clue what. Can anyone help?

To be honest, I would think that information may be contained in the vehicle's user guide, as to what settings you may have to use. The only other setting I know of has to do with Bluetooth connections.
yes. my bluetooth in my car has been disconnected for over a year. a few weeks ago i had no problems talking through it, but starting last week it stopped and i can't figure out what is different.
Auxiliary cables generally will handle the playing of music, but phone calls are usually handled with Bluetooth, unless you are using CarPlay. However, it could depend on the vehicle. When you did this before, are you sure it wasn't with Bluetooth?
