This Forum is dedicated to the PowerPC (pre-Intel) processor-based "Power Mac" mini-tower computers. For helpful responses from other users familiar with your laptop, I'd recommend that you re-post it in the MacBook Air Forum.
I recently purchased a 2017 MacBook Air, like less than 4 months ago. I also purchased the additional warranty on it. One day I was at work on my computer and it all of a sudden went out. I tried all the ways I knew to turn it on and then went to the internet to see how to reboot it because I was sure it wasn’t anything serious. Well, finally my boss (i work at a phone/computer repair shop) said to hold down the keys command+R. I did this and it did the internet recovery, well my boss said when I went to see if my hard drive had just crashed, it wasn’t showing at all. I have an appointment Monday at the Apple store but I’m going crazy because I literally spent almost $1300 on this thing. I just want some answers 😪 I am freaking because I start school Monday (the whole reason I got the computer) and my appt isn’t Monday until AFTER class
