I've owned the above named speaker for a year now and the last 2 weeks, it is no longer pairing with my Macbook. I have restarted the Macbook, disconnected and reconnected the speakers and the Macbook and tried pairing it manually. It still connects to my iPhone 7s just fine.
Is there a reason for this? How can I reconnect them? Thank you for your help please.

Is there some 'reset' button on the speaker? You can try reset it if possible.

If you find no answer, contact Apple/Sony Support.
Try to prohibit the speaker than allow to pairing again.

This what my Bluetooth option looks like.
I can't find an option to do that. Where do I do that?
Settings > Bluetooth > next to device name click on the 'i' and than 'Ignore'
So click on X (delete) and than repair like 'new' device.

Has anyone else found anyway to fix this? Im going around in circles with technical support hyperlinks. Its now no longer connecting to my Apple TV either.
