I need to restore contacts associated with a deleted email address.

You will need to get in contact with the IT person at your company and have them import your contacts.

If you were using that e-mail address as an Apple ID and were syncing contacts to iCloud, try going to iCloud.com/Contacts to see if they are there. You may not have access to the e-mail address, but if it was an Apple ID, it should still work.
