I’ve purchased two in game 19.99$ packs. I recieved the items purchased for the first pack but I didn’t recieve anything for the second pack. In my purchase history i can see that it says “pending”. It also says the pack costs 21.76$ even though it costs 19.99$. I’ve tried contacting apple support through mail but it needed me to put in the number of the purchased item. I cannot click on the pending icon as i can on the others so i am unable to get the product number. I don’t know what to do as I’ve concacted the game developers live support and they told me to contact apple support(cant do that since i need the product number which isnt shown).
Try to contact iTunes Store Support explaining your problem. Fill out and send them this form:
iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
