Safari11.1 and Outlook Web Access not displaying the View pane

When Safari 11.1 was released on May 4th with MacOS 10.13.4 the View pane stopped displaying the body of email messages. Outlook Web Access version 14.3.319. I have tried safe mode, the recovery mode, othe log in profiles, and the all have the problem. I have tried older versions of Safari, and they work fine. I have also tried Google Chrome and it also does not display the problem. Working with Apple Support and Intermedia to resolve this. Does anyone else have this problem?

Eric, I found it interesting that I had no "Use Conversations" as a selection in the View Options, so I entered the developer mode, and "disabled styles" in the "develop" pull down menu. I then found the selection "Use Conversations" buried in the code, which I then selected. Then I went back to "Enable Styles" from the "Develop" pull down and Viola, the problem is gone. All I can say is there is something in the "Style" HTML that my OWA website is using that is surpressing the "Use Conversations" selection. I know need to investigate were the style HTML code is coming from...

Try going to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.

I know see that the View Tab that you were referring to was in the Outlook web Access window Itself, and not in the Safari View Menu. I do now see the selection in the Outlook Web Access, and as you mention, there is a "Use Conversations" selection in THAT View Menu. I wish you had been more specific on which View Tab you were referring too. At any rate my problem is solved.
