Ringer will not turn off
iphone 7 ringer suddenly wont go to vibrate. It only goes to the lowst volume setting but wont go to sikent mode. Ive restRted it several times

In addition to what ChrisJ4203 correctly suggested, you can't "mute" the ringer adjusting its volume, you can do it using the switch that is on the left side of your iPhone (above volume buttons, as provided in the support guide I've posted in my previous reply) or you can set up the "Do not Distrurb" feature.

ProustGiulio You are experiencing the same behavior that I am. And as I indicated earlier, I don't ever remember being able to do that in the past.
