I got a new iPhone about 3 months ago and don’t remeber my old iPhone passcode, I knew better but thought it would upload to my iCloud. I went into iCloud and saw some photos but 5 months of the photos are missing. The photos are so important because it has my daughters birth and her first 3 months of life. I’m really sad about this. If anyone knows a way to get into the phone, which I keep searching for I’d appreciate it.
The only way to reset a forgotten screen lock passcode is to erase the device. There is no optional method.
If you‘ve sync’d and trusted that device in iTunes before this, you can try plugging it into iTunes and make a backup first, then restore it. But if the device is actually saying “disabled” then there is no way to save your data now.
