How can I get my old photos from a different Apple ID on this device

on my last iphone i had a completely different apple id. How can i bring all my old info over to my new phone now that i have a new id with new photos and files

Transfer to New iPhone I bought a new iPhone and the photos from my old iPhone just came to the new one, how to remove them without losing them? and I want to use the same apple id and without turning off the iCloud I want my new photos to go to the iCloud as well thank you
