How To Get Original Price Back?
I Just Signed Up For Apple Music, & I Thought I Would Get $10 Out Of My Bank Account. Apple Music Took out $13.07. How Do I Change That? Or Get It Fixed? It Isnt Letting Me See My Recipt Either.

It sounds like this may be due to some laws requiring taxes to be added onto that pricing. You should have a receipt within your email but you can always contact Apple Support to obtain iTunes Reciepts.
