My phone stuck with apple logo

Iam doing the recovery mode coming from a stuck phone seeing only apple logo, i connect it in itunes but says i cant update for new ios, and ahould be restored, but it says all data will be lost, is there a way i can get my photos and videos back? Its very impt... o dont know what to do, pls help me.... thank tou
