wrong geolacation

Does anybody noticed that https://appleid.apple.com/ incorrectly shows you wrong locates?

For example you are now in Moscow and system notification tell you that you are now in USA, NY

MACBOOK AIR (13-INCH, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
