Prioritizing which open app is displayed on watch series-3

Hello all,

I have only had my watch for a few weeks now and I've noticed that regardless of which order I open apps on it, one (the music controls) will always display when screen is touched, above the others. Is there a way for me to change which app gets to sit on top? Series 3 version 4.3

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 4.3

From this article, you can disable it:Listen to music on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Hide Now Playing

When you play music, Now Playing automatically opens by default. You can turn it off using these steps:

  1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap the My Watch tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Scroll to General and tap it, then tap Wake Screen.
  3. Turn off Auto-launch Audio Apps.

I don't know if there's a way to set another as top priority.
