iPhone X screen is clicking itself...

Hi all,

I think my new iPhone X has a problem :-(

It randomly clicks the top of the screen itself. So I could be on a site on Safari, then it will “click” the address bar, then it’ll click the url.

It’s so random - I don’t think if I took it into the Apple store they’d see the problem. But it’s annoying enough for me to post ok here :-(

I got an iPhone X when it first launched - no problems at all! I dropped it last week, smashed both sides (no case!)! So instead of £700 of repairs I just got a new X.

So its let me really know that this one has a problem.

What would you do?

My nearest Apple store is 30 miles - and I’m sure it’ll just be for a genius to tell me there’s nothing wrong with it.

I got this iPhone X 14th May.

Thank you!

I don’t get it?

I’ve had an iPhone X since the day it was released. I know how to use it perfectly.

What I’m saying is this new one I’ve had since the 14th of May isn’t working correctly - in a way that I don’t know how I’m going to prove to the Apple store.

So I don’t think they’ll offer a fix / exchange — but I know 100% something isn’t right with it.

I really need advice on what to do in this situation.

Thanks for the help.
