MAJOR Mistake in Arabic Keyboard

Dear Apple,

ى and ي are two DIFFERENT letters.

This letter in Arabic "ى" (with no dots underneath) is just another form of the A letter sound in Arabic "Alif ا، آ". So "ى" must be suggested with the list of Alife letter's list on iPhone and other devices.

The ى without dots must NOT be suggested with the letter's list of "ي" that is WITH Dots.

"ي" (WITH Dots underneath) stands for the E, the i, and the Y, sounds in English.

Please correct this. Thank you!
