MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)
Over the years while opening and closing the monitor there is a film of oil (from my fingers?) on the black borders, top of the monitor. I have tried cleaning with a fibre free cloth dry and dampened cloth to no avail. From this website I found that one of the reasons my keyboard may not light up in low light is that the light sensor to the left of the camera lens may be covered by this oil.
What is best to clean this oil from the border to (hopefully) have the keyboard light up in low light?
Your assistance will be most welcome.
