iTunes refuses to recognize my iPhone 7!

I have been trying and trying and trying to get iTunes to recognize my new iPhone 7. It had zero problems with the iPhone 6s the iPhone 6 ,5 etc. but now with my 7 and windows 10 it just won't recognize it. Any thoughts or suggestions? I've pretty much tried all that's out there. Looking for new thoughts!

iPhone 7, iOS 11.3.1, iTunes on Windows 10
