Good morning juang007,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you are looking for your music library in iCloud. Have you recently subscribed to the Apple Music? If so, you would enable iCloud Music Library to see the music that is available to sync with all of your devices using the same Apple ID. I'll include some resources here for Apple Music to get you started with this service. I've highlighted some key information here for you. Click on the links for complete details.
Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

Before you join

Apple Music is not a backup service, so make sure to always have a back up of your music collection before you make any changes.

Add and download music, shows, and movies from the Apple Music catalog

Before you add or download content, make sure to turn on iCloud Music Library on all of your devices.

When you add content to your Library, you can access it across all of your other devices, as long as you're signed in to all of your devices with the same Apple ID.

Enjoy the music!
