Dashboard and Mission control don't work

Swiping up with 3 fingers for mission control or swiping 3 fingers to the left until the end for dashboard don't work.

I have tried restart

turning them off and restarting

killall Dock

I want my Dashboard and Mission control back, please.

My friend's mac also lost these features.
