My phone Was getting slow with downloada and I decided erasing all data from phone hoping it will help but when setting up the phone I did it really fast and none of my data backed up, and when I lokked at my iPhone storage it said 5 GB and and only have 3 GB of space left

Could it be that you looked at your iCloud storage instead? might sound silly but at first it's the first thing I can think of.
To check your iPhone storage go to:
Settings>General>Info>Capacity
