No FaceTime app in iPhone X

Hello,

I purchased iPhone X (64 GB) from Saudi Arabia and currently using it in India. Even after updating to iOS 11.3.1, there is no FaceTime app available in the phone. According to Apple, FaceTime has been enabled in devices purchased from Saudi Arabia starting from iOS 11.3.

I have already tried the steps listed here: https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204170

I also tried changing the region to Saudi Arabia, but it didn't help. Currently, region is set to India.

Need help on this.

The ability to access FaceTime for Saudi Arabia is only in that location. Phones manufactured to be sold in that area, if FaceTime is allowed, it will only work in that area, and will no longer work when you leave that area. Therefore it will not work in India. There is no way to change it, you would need to purchase a phone that has FaceTime for use there.

FaceTime isn't available in all countries or regions.

While FaceTime was approved in Saudi Arabia, recently it is limited to Saudi Arabia and that phone, if used anywhere else, won't have FaceTime. If you live in India, sell the phone and buy one that is ready for use in India.
