YouTube TV Subscription Double Charging

YouTube TV double charging me every time I change the plan by adding or removing channels. Says it is refunding old subscription amount in subscription purchase history but i never see refund in my linked account - just see charges. Charged are adding up this month since I changed the subscription twice.

Did you sign up for the subscription service through your Google account, or did you sign up for the subscription service through iTunes? Do you have a credit card as payment plan?

If you purchased a YouTube TV membership through iTunes, you’ll need to contact Apple support to request a refund. Apple’s own refund policy will apply.

If you purchased a YouTube TV membership through YouTube/Google, you’ll need to contact YouTube TV support to request a refund. YouTube TV’s refund policy will apply.
