Macbook air camera shuttering sound under keyboard

Hello Apple community I am writing to see if one of you could help me with a camera shuttering noise that is energy keyboard (Also sounds like a ticking noise). I have done many virus scans and they have not picked up anything. I have also tried terminal commands and that did not help and I have also done the uninstall and reinstall of google Crome. I fear that someone is capturing my screen and sending it some where. I have placed some sticky tape of my camera so no one gets my face (Maybe being a bit scared). I would love if some one could help me.
