Recently, a couple of spotlight-light shadows at the bottom of my screen. (I own the latest model of the MacBook Pro) There are eight of them and I have tried restarting the laptop but they haven't gone away. I don't really know what to do it to be normal again.

Please try these resets if you have not already.

2. Reset SMC. Choose the method for “If the battery is non-removable”.

If this doesn’t help, please contact Apple. Contact Apple Support.
If the issue persists after follow the steps above you should bring your unit to an Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Apple Retail Store (ARS) you have it screen for any hardware issue. In this case I'd say there's an issue with the display's backlight control.
