macOS Sierra: Keyboard pane of Accessibility System Preferences

To quickly enable or disable Sticky Keys or Slow Keys using the Accessibility Options shortcut panel, press Option-Command-F5 (or if your Mac has a Touch Bar, quickly press Touch ID three times).

Use Sticky Keys with Keyboard Viewer to create an onscreen keyboard that you can type on using a mouse, trackball, or other input device. For information about Keyboard Viewer, see Use the Keyboard Viewer.
