MBP 2016 Keyboard Problem - Third Time in Shop
Per subject, my MBP is a the Apple Store for the third time now because of the Butterfly Keyboard Problem. They don’t seem to be able to repair the computer and its simply unreliable. (Otherwise, I love it)
I’d really like to ask them for a refund, if they can’t fix the thing. It seemed like the Store Manager wanted to give me a new unit, but mine is a custom BTO and he admitted even the new units have the same problem keyboard.
Has anyone been at this point and resolved the problem? If so, how?
