Why do i keep on getting a notif that my account is being signed in on a different device? I feel like im being hack

I already updated my password But still im not that confident that my account is secured. My old phone was stolen from me before and i got the same apple id on that phone. Can this be connected to that?

There is no way to tell if the iPhone is connected to the notifications you are receiving. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
