HOME SHARING NOT CONNECTING
home sharing is turned on. Can't connect to my computer. How do I remedy this?

home sharing is turned on. Can't connect to my computer. How do I remedy this?

Is it turned on within Apple TV and iTunes (on computer)?
Check firewall and any security software installed on the system
If on wifi try ethernet
Toggle off/on home sharing on both devices
Test on another network
I had this issue a couple of days ago, and eventually had to restart the Apple TV to solve this.
