How do you stop junk emails like the pic I’ve attached?

I get get a ton of annoying emails like the one pictured below but only with my mac.com address. I don’t get them with gmail or yahoo.

How do you stop them altogether? It’s pointless adding them to a blocked contact because the sender address is different every time so you end up with a huge list of blocked addresses! And the unsubscribe link takes you to the TMZ entertainment website (or something masquerading as TMZ).

Can they be bounced back as undeliverable?
