Can’t sign into Apple id

I have recently updated my iPhone to IOS version 11.3.1 and for some odd reason it will not let me sign into my iPhone/Apple ID/icloud/Account. I put in all my details then get a loading screen “signing into icloud“ but then it just doesn't sign in. No error code no nothing it just simply does not sign in.

I have the correct password and apple ID as I have signed into my account at https://appleid.apple.com and all works fine.

does anyone have any suggestions as it’s driving me crazy!
