My phone automatically downloaded iOS 11.4. Then my phone get slower like iPhone 6 Plus. How can I downgrade or can try to stop slow phones and iPad’s?

my iphone 7 with ios 11.4 just doesn't work it is so slow it is annoying beyond belief.
So I should keep my 10.3.3 on iP7 right

I have an 8 and I’m having exactly the same problems
iPhone 6 has slowed after iOS 11.4.1 install. Really annoying. WiFi seems slow and apps hang or don’t open. Come on Apple. Sort it out.
