Number lock function not working
The number lock function on my keyboard will not engage. I have tried re-booting numerous times with no resolution. Thank you for your assistance. (The keyboard is 1 year old.)

To start, I suggest following the steps in the article below:

You can also check to see if the key is being recognized by following these steps:
Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard tab > check "Show keyboard & Character Viewer in the menu bar.
Click on the new icon in the menubar and select “Show Keyboard Viewer.” Now as you press the keys they will display in the viewer. Press the Number lock key and verify that the Keyboard Viewer is displaying it.
