Battery " replace soon " back to " normal "

Hello, I have a late 2013 13" Macbook pro, and since around october 2017, right after upgrading to High Sierra, my battery started draining really fast and showed the " replace soon " message. I downgraded back to mavericks and my battery life got better, however I still had the " replace soon " message. So I had this for a few months now.

Today I upgraded my mac to el capitan, and my battery status went back to " normal "

My cycle count is 1221, and full charge capacity is 3877 mAh ( 61% )

I find it weird that the status changed all of a sudden. Anyone knows what could've caused it?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

These messages can fluctuate as can the actual battery capacity left but it doesn't change the fact that you should get your battery replaced whether you're planning on keeping it or selling it in the near future to buy a new one. If you're comfortable doing your own repairs, this guide is helpful: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/MacBook+Pro+13-Inch+Retina+Display+Late+2013+Batter y+Replacement/27316. You'll save $100 off of Apple's $199 but I would only recommend this if you already have experience taking apart computers.
