Ikea Trådfri gate cannot be connected to HomeKit

Hello,

for a very long time I wanted to try HomeKit and I found affordable HomeKit lights made by Ikea. For 2 month it was working pretty well, I’ve even consider buying an iPad for automatisation. And then, (about 2 days ago) I had an electrycity error in my home and after that I saw an error, that iPhone cannot connect to the product or something similar. But at the same time in TRÅDFRI app everything was great. I’ve tried reboot the gate. And even delete the gate. But that’s make it worse. When I’m trying to connect the gate again it is infinitely loading. Still TRÅDFRI app is ok. Can somebody help me please? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I understand the lights you're using connected with your iPhone are no longer working as expected with the Home app. However, the lights are still working fine with the application developed by the manufacturer.

You've taken some nice troubleshooting steps. Have you had a chance to reset the gateway and then attempt to set up your HomeKit accessories? The following support article provides helpful information for using the Home app: Use the Home app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Specifically, the following section may prove helpful:

Delete your home data or reset your accessories

Moving to a new home and want to set up and control your new home with your accessories? You can remove your home and manually reset your accessories.

To delete your Home data:

Open Home and tap the Home tab.

Tap .

Scroll to the bottom and tap Remove Home. Then tap Delete to confirm.

You might need to reset each of your accessories. To reset your accessory, look for a button on the accessory, check its manual, or contact the manufacturer.
