My iCloud storage is full. I'd like to free up some space and delete select photos. Currently, on icloud.com I only see an option to delete one photo at a time, and since i have more than a thousand, this will take hours. Is there a way to select multiple images and deleting them?
Open www.icloud.com by entering your Apple ID and password , click on photos , keep on holding command key and tap on the selected photos and then click on delete button .

When you delete photos and videos from your Apple device or on iCloud.com, they won't delete from your PC. And when you delete a photo or video on your PC, they won't delete in iCloud Photo Library.
Open system preferences - iCloud - manage - click on photos library , again click on disable and delete .
Click on delete .
If you delete the photos from iCloud, they will be deleted from any device/computer syncing photos to iCloud.
