iOS 11.4 battery drain

My iPhone 6 was working perfectly fine until I updated to iOS 11.4 and ever since I did that my battery is draining rapidly even without me using it at all. I used to go a full day without charging it now it may last half a day. I am just wondering if something got turned on with this new update that I have to turn off to save battery life. It is just weird I have not done anything other than update the iOS and now this happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue.

When I look at my battery performance, it shows that the personal hotspot on my phone is being used, though I have never turned it on. I have to keep charging my iPhone every 2-3 hours now.

My drains with or without BT on. I keep it off until needed but my drain is still there.

Not only is there desperate battery drain (sometimes when attached to charger but also blanks out images on Safari read articles.

Yes, my observation is consistent. I see battery drain in 2.4GHz Wifi band as well in IOS 11.4. Disabling Wifi helps.

I have turned off my wifi and have found no difference in the performance of my 6S on iOS 11.4.

I hope Apple is doing something as I use this phone for business purposes.

yup, i hv tried my SE setting it up as a new phone. but no improvement. it is clear the culprit is ios 11.4.instead of ios engineers breaking their head, we are breaking ours.
